Contract Sales Executive
- An Architecture and End User Design Specialist who is honest, hardworking, enthusiastic, self-motivating, and integrity-driven.
- Present products to architects, designers, end users and other users using true-and-tested business development skills. At the same time, you are to continually search for functioning new accounts while identifying key awareness issues of what is happening in Malaysia.
- Make daily sales calls on existing and new customers in Malaysia.
- Work with architects, designers, developers, contractors, etc. in selecting appropriate products for projects that fit within their design criteria, budget and time frame.
- Travel daily throughout assigned areas to meet existing customers as well as prospect new ones to solicit business deals.
- Manage projects from start to finish; including identifying opportunities, select products, managing the process of specification, place and track orders, coordinate delivery, oversee installation, claim coordination, and handle the communication of maintenance programs.
- Must be self-motivated to work and act as a team player in a closely-knit environment.
- Must be competent to manage the customer base through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Tool.
- To be updated on a variety of leads from sources such as Dodge, CoStar, and other networking groups.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers by providing necessary entertainment, such as holding lunches, dinners or special events.
- Must have the ability to make good judgment calls.
- Have full understanding of the product line, as well as the application that each product serves.
- Able to converse well with customers from different backgrounds in a friendly and agreeable way.
- Possesses a ready-to-learn attitude and can convey verbal and written messages clearly.
Requirements
SPM/ A Bachelor’s degree in related fields, along with 2 years of previous industry sales experience.- Education in Design or previous work experience in the design industry or design firms.
- Applicants must be living within or are familiar with Kuala Lumpur area.
- Proven local design community and organizational involvement.
- Commercial furniture and commercial lighting experience also preferred.

- An effective team leader who is able to identify talent, hire people and help them grow.
- Produce complete and targetable business plans and strategies annually, including profitability measures.
- Work collectively with key internal partners to drive wholesale strategy, such as merchandising, marketing, experience and planning.
- Create and carry out sales strategies that stay true to our brand.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, annually sales and margin targets.
- Lead the sales team in reporting and managing business effectively every week, month, quarter and year, handling both internal revenue and partner performance.

Product development executive
- Inspect equipment and reporting requirements for new materials and products under development.
- Run needed and continuous tests on furniture to make sure they align with every decision made in designing them all throughout the development of the products.
- Create and carry out ergonomics and comfort performance tests on furniture.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams in developing new testing approaches and assessments, as well as design and construction standards for current and existing products.
- Make sure every product follows the regulatory requirements in local and international markets.
- Be updated with ongoing product development in external labs.
- Observe the ongoing testing of manufactured goods by the Quality and Manufacturing teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Test Engineering or any related field.
- Knowledgeable in Excel, LabVIEW, CAD (SolidWorks preferred), and Python.
- Prioritizes the highest quality of products, with 2 years of test engineering experience, preferably focusing on consumer products, furniture, and/or soft goods.
- Demonstrates the ability to form product design decisions through testing and experimentation.
- Does not shy away at attempting multiple and necessary strategies to achieve success.
